What you will do

  • Create and manage customer invoices using QuickBooks Online.
  • Perform accounts receivable follow-ups via phone and email.
  • Process and track orders while coordinating with vendors and customers.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of financial and operational documents.
  • Support general office tasks including data entry, scheduling, and email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve office efficiency and streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Dominican Republic
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
