What you will do
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Draft professional correspondence and act as a primary liaison between executives and stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and organize background materials.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Track executive priorities and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or Costa Rica.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars and travel logistics.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting executives in startups, agencies, or high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Asana.
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
- Exposure to operations or project coordination responsibilities.
