Location: Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, or Costa Rica. Working hours: U.S. Client Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle professional communications.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct research on competitors and vendors, compiling findings into clear summaries.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping tasks.
  • Organize project workflows using tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion.
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate follow-ups with vendors.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in virtual assistance, administration, or operations support.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, or Costa Rica.
  • Ability to work during U.S. client business hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Familiarity with financial tools like QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Previous experience supporting founders, startups, or remote teams.
