• Prepare real estate contracts, forms, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate communication between agents, clients, and vendors.
• Support basic marketing tasks, including social media posting and flyer creation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Philippines
• Proven experience in real estate cold calling or telemarketing.
• Strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Podio, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Skill in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
