What you will do
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.
- Maintain and update CRM records in HubSpot or Salesforce and organize files in cloud storage.
- Conduct market research and compile findings into structured summaries or presentations.
- Handle professional communication with clients and vendors to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain project trackers in tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion to keep workflows organized.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in virtual assistance, administration, or operations support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Familiarity with financial tools like QuickBooks or Xero.
- Previous experience supporting founders, startups, or remote teams.
