What you will do
- Manage complex calendars, meeting scheduling, and daily logistics across time zones.
- Maintain and update CRM records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Draft professional communications and track follow-ups for key stakeholders.
- Conduct online research on competitors and vendors to create structured summaries.
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping tasks.
- Organize digital files and maintain operational trackers in Google Drive and SharePoint.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and available during U.S. business hours.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
