TL;DR

Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Real Estate): Managing the full lifecycle of single-family real estate acquisitions and dispositions with an accent on transaction coordination, contract management, and title/closing workflows. Focus on ensuring zero-miss deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining high-volume deal pipelines.

Location: Remote (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Jamaica, Costa Rica). Must work U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Manage the full transaction process from executed contract through closing for 30–50 active deals.
  • Draft and manage purchase agreements, amendments, and closing documents via e-signature platforms.
  • Enforce contingency deadlines, inspection periods, and financing timelines to ensure on-time closings.
  • Coordinate with title companies to resolve liens, ownership issues, and title discrepancies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, buyers, agents, and internal teams.
  • Maintain real-time pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination and contract-to-close management.
  • Proven ability to manage 30–50 concurrent single-family real estate transactions.
  • Strong familiarity with wholesale real estate and investor-driven acquisition workflows.
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with off-market acquisitions and U.S. title processes (lien resolution).
  • Background in real estate investment firms, wholesalers, or iBuyers.
  • Experience building transaction workflows and KPI reporting.
