What you will do
- Execute daily outbound calls to manage existing accounts and develop new business.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Engage in technical discussions to determine customer requirements and propose effective product solutions.
- Record all customer interactions and manage the opportunity process within the CRM.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels to drive sales alignment.
- Conduct market research and lead sourcing to identify and close new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the industrial chemical industry.
- Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a data-driven approach to reporting.
- Ability to influence and close sales at all levels of an organization.
Nice to have
- Italian and Portuguese language skills.
