What you will do
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
- Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, social selling) and partner collaboration.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and advance opportunities through the full sales cycle to closure.
- Create and deliver tailored product presentations, proposals, and RFP responses; run consultative sales conversations.
- Build mid- and long-term strategic account plans and collaborate with channel partners and alliances.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline forecasting and sales metrics (Pipedrive knowledge is a plus).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, SaaS sales, or international technology sales.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Strong consultative selling and strategic account planning skills, including experience selling complex/technical solutions.
- Fluent Portuguese & English; Spanish or other languages are a strong advantage.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers; availability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
