New Business Account Executive (Fintech): Driving customer growth and market expansion for Revolut Business with an accent on outbound sales, prospecting, and deal closing. Location: Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain (Hybrid options available in Bucharest, Krakow, Lisbon, and Madrid).

Salary: PLN 9,000 - PLN 13,700 gross monthly (for Poland-based roles).

What you will do

  • Execute outbound sales strategies across multiple channels, including cold-calling.
  • Develop and manage a robust lead-sourcing strategy to identify key verticals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and account activation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
  • Balance time effectively between prospecting, closing, and managing existing accounts.
  • Act as a product expert on Revolut Business solutions and market positioning.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Polish required.
  • 1+ years of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills over the phone.
  • Strong literacy skills for email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Proven determination and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Degree in finance or business-related subject.
  • Experience in a reputable startup environment.
