TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Ireland, Portugal, or Spain (Hybrid options available in Barcelona, Dublin, Lisbon, and Madrid).

What you will do

  • Execute outbound sales strategies including cold-calling and multi-channel outreach.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead sourcing to deal closing.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate the value of business solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and activation.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels and manage CRM data effectively.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English required.
  • 1+ years of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills over the phone.
  • Strong determination and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively between prospecting, closing, and administration.
  • Must be located in Ireland, Portugal, or Spain.
