What you will do

  • Identify and prospect high-potential mid-market customers based on key business indicators.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification to assess customer needs during the sign-up process.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell relevant features.
  • Provide guidance to customers to ensure successful adoption of the product suite.
  • Maintain a robust product feedback loop to support cross-functional team improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required
  • 1+ years of experience as a sales or business development representative
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles
  • Experience in fast-paced tech or fintech environments
  • Expert relationship-building skills with C-suite decision makers

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Experience selling financial products
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
