What you will do
- Identify and prospect high-potential mid-market customers based on key business indicators.
- Conduct discovery and qualification to assess customer needs during the sign-up process.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell relevant features.
- Provide guidance to customers to ensure successful adoption of the product suite.
- Maintain a robust product feedback loop to support cross-functional team improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required
- 1+ years of experience as a sales or business development representative
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles
- Experience in fast-paced tech or fintech environments
- Expert relationship-building skills with C-suite decision makers
Nice to have
- Fluency in additional languages
- Experience selling financial products
- Proficiency in Salesforce
