What you will do

• Create and deliver creative monthly promotional plans and distinct strategies across various Bally's brands.
• Define promotional structures, mechanics, timelines, and projected costs.
• Collaborate with CRM Leads and Social Media teams to align campaigns with broader marketing activities.
• Develop promotion rules and templates while navigating legal and compliance approvals.
• Analyze performance data to optimize and evolve future promotional strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of promotional ideas from initial concept to launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience in the Gaming Industry.
• Proven experience in creating and managing promotional campaigns.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and campaign management tools.
• Experience with task management tools such as Excel, Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Must be located in or able to work hybridly from Jersey City, NJ.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically within iGaming or customer engagement.
