What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for affiliate and API-integrated demand partners running user acquisition campaigns on hirify.global Offerwall.
• Coordinate onboarding of new affiliate and API partners to ensure integrations are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate partner, campaign, and integration status records in CRM and internal tracking tools.
• Monitor live campaigns, flag performance anomalies, and work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Support partners with technical questions around API documentation, tracking setup, postback configuration, and feed integration.
• Review campaign performance using KPIs (CPI, CTR, conversion rate, install volume) and prepare partner performance reports and summaries.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, partner support, digital advertising operations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional partner-facing interactions.
• Comfort working with campaign data and performance metrics (CPI, CTR, install volume, conversion rate), including the ability to spot trends and escalate issues.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate across product, operations, and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting.
