Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL (minimum of three days per week in office)

What you will do
- Develop and drive member retention and engagement strategies to enhance loyalty and lifetime value for GolfPass.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Sales, and Legal teams to execute campaigns across email, mobile, and web.
- Utilize data, performance insights, and success metrics to optimize programs and ensure transparency.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to align with business goals.
- Evaluate loyalty program performance, ROI, and member behavior to recommend strategic improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer retention, engagement, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven expertise in developing retention strategies and payment improvement plans.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience translating business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating data-driven stories.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Orlando, FL office.
