TL;DR

Retention Strategy & Member Engagement Manager (Marketing): Optimizing GolfPass membership retention and customer lifecycle performance with an accent on data-driven planning and cross-functional execution. Focus on improving member loyalty, lifetime value, and engagement across email, mobile, and web channels.

Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL (minimum of three days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Develop and drive member retention and engagement strategies to enhance loyalty and lifetime value for GolfPass.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Sales, and Legal teams to execute campaigns across email, mobile, and web.
  • Utilize data, performance insights, and success metrics to optimize programs and ensure transparency.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to align with business goals.
  • Evaluate loyalty program performance, ROI, and member behavior to recommend strategic improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer retention, engagement, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven expertise in developing retention strategies and payment improvement plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience translating business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating data-driven stories.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Orlando, FL office.
