What you will do
- Own the lifecycle strategy and execution roadmap to drive loan volume, LTV, and retention.
- Establish audience segmentation using behavioral data and partner with Creative to refine messaging.
- Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to maximize campaign impact.
- Scale cross-product growth programs to move customers across the portfolio.
- Partner with Data Science, Product, and Legal to build measurement models and attribution frameworks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing experience with a highly analytical mindset.
- Must be based in the US.
- Quantitative degree (economics, engineering, statistics, math) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in a test-and-learn environment with strong hypothesis-driven optimization skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders with evidence-backed perspectives.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated B2C categories.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with lifecycle tools like Braze.
- Direct exposure to advanced measurement methodologies like incrementality, geo-holdouts, and MMM/MTA.
