What you will do

• Develop and evolve campaign strategies based on commercial objectives and market insights.
• Translate customer insights into high-impact creative briefs to guide campaign development.
• Lead coordination between external agencies and internal creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and execute major tentpole campaigns with clearly defined KPIs and success metrics.
• Deliver post-campaign analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a marketing liaison for product integrations across commercial and creative teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in campaign strategy or brand marketing at top-tier consumer brands or agencies.
• Proven ability to develop strategies based on business objectives and market dynamics.
• Experience leading cross-team efforts and maintaining cohesive communications strategies.
• Strong creative leadership skills, including brief development and asset production oversight.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and reporting.
• Genuine enthusiasm for sports culture and betting, or ability to quickly develop domain expertise.
