Location: New York, NY or Boston, MA. Candidates may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end response process for inbound partnership requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Build client-facing proposal decks combining storytelling, creative concepts, and custom recommendations.
- Translate partner goals and KPIs into integrated marketing solutions in collaboration with Sales and Account Management.
- Position ' platforms and sponsorship opportunities to demonstrate value and support revenue growth.
- Lead cross-functional brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with Creative and Project Management teams to handle design requests and project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in integrated, partnership, or sales marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for developing client-facing sales materials.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex ideas into marketing narratives.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued gaming license if required for the role.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting sponsorships, brand partnerships, media sales, or sports marketing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, project management platforms, or sales enablement tools.
- Knowledge of branded content, media planning, or experiential activations.
