TL;DR

Operations Coordinator: Supporting day-to-day operations by managing user intake, onboarding, and administrative tasks with an accent on communication and scheduling. Focus on ensuring a smooth experience for tutors and students while assisting the President with operational efficiency.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines. Work schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week) in the EST time zone.

What you will do

  • Review and approve new tutor and student accounts.
  • Guide users through setup and onboarding via text and email.
  • Ensure regular tutor-student sessions through proactive follow-ups.
  • Resolve user inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Assist the President with scheduling, calendar management, and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate records and optimize operational processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Professional email and text etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Experience using Google Voice for communication.
