What you will do
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and operational coordination workflows to protect leadership bandwidth.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance-sensitive workflows.
- Track client onboarding progress, internal operational updates, and process changes.
- Perform quality control by validating records, dates, and operational details to prevent errors.
- Maintain clean, organized, and searchable records across Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations support roles.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with high professionalism.
Nice to have
- Experience in compliance-heavy industries or ITAD environments.
