What you will do

• Configure hirify.global products based on customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide technical architecture leadership, including database design, development, and object modeling.
• Manage the end-to-end system life cycle for small to large-scale projects as a project manager.
• Perform business analysis, user needs assessment, and business systems design.
• Consult with customers on CRM, telecommunications infrastructure, and analytics.
• Mentor and coach junior staff throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a technical (CS/IS/EE) or business (Marketing/MIS) field or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of professional experience in implementation, business optimization, or software engineering.
• Senior-level expertise in contact center technologies and database environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively at both technical and functional levels with clients.
