What you will do

• Administer the Supply GTM stack, including call recording, sequencing, and data enrichment platforms.
• Design and ship solutions using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Ensure data integrity and quality across the stack, monitoring syncs between Salesforce and connected tools.
• Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to automate manual outbound workflows.
• Establish admin standards and documentation while mentoring junior administrators.
• Lead the evaluation and rollout of new GTM tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, specifically for sales or RevOps functions.
• Required Salesforce Administrator certification; Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I preferred.
• Proficiency in Apex (trigger handlers, async/batch) and LWC.
• Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Hands-on experience with call recording, sequencing, and data enrichment tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace domains.
• Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Familiarity with Git and sfdx for version control and CI/CD.
