Location: Hybrid; must be based in San Francisco, CA, New York City, NY, or Seattle, WA (at least 25% office presence required)
Annual Salary: $270,000 - $310,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the design of the Opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce, including stages, sales processes, and automation guardrails.
- Partner with sales leadership to design and iterate on native Salesforce forecasting and pipeline inspection.
- Systematize sales team representation, including ownership, splits, overlays, and territory structures.
- Operationalize sales methodologies by turning qualification frameworks into system validation and in-context guidance.
- Act as the data-model steward for Opportunity objects, approving new fields and integrations.
- Build declarative solutions and write detailed technical specifications for Salesforce developers.
Requirements
- Experience in GTM/Revenue systems as a BSA or RevOps Lead with direct ownership of the Opportunity and forecasting domain.
- Proven track record of designing and rolling out Opportunity stage models and sales methodologies.
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise with Flow, validation, page design, and forecasting setup.
- Ability to communicate effectively and push back on sales leadership to ensure optimal system design.
- Must be based in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle.
- Hybrid work: Required office attendance at least 25% of the time.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of experience in GTM/Revenue systems roles.
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Experience partnering with RevOps or Sales Strategy on team-structure and territory design.
- Curiosity and prior hands-on use of AI-assisted systems work.
