What you will do

• Configure and support enterprise-grade business, demand, and supply chain planning platforms like Anaplan.
• Maintain functional roadmaps, solution architecture, and data integrity for assigned systems.
• Analyze business processes and lead workshops to define clear objectives and requirements.
• Design solutions by developing business rules, process diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Develop test cases and training materials to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Perform multi-dimensional data analysis and financial modeling for revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Proven experience with Anaplan, specifically Data Hub integrations and workforce planning modeling.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis, including scenario planning and profitability modeling.
• Ability to design UX for connected planning platforms.
