What you will do

• Own and optimize core internal platforms including ERP, ATS, and knowledge base systems.
• Establish data verification processes and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy across systems.
• Design and maintain a structured, navigable company intranet and knowledge base in Notion.
• Build operational dashboards to track metrics across recruiting, staffing, and financials.
• Partner with Finance and HR to resolve data discrepancies and enforce entry standards.
• Identify integration opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data flow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, systems administration, or data analysis.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Hands-on experience with Unanet or a comparable government contracting ERP system.
• Proficiency in database design, workspace organization, and building operational dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for process documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in federal government contracting (SDVOSB, WOSB).
• Familiarity with DCAA compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau.
• Background in RevOps or business systems analysis.
• Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
