Salary: $133,000 - $158,000 yearly.

What you will do
- Lead the Master Data workstream for a major ERP implementation, covering the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
- Design and implement a robust master data governance framework, policies, and controls.
- Supervise the Data Analyst Team and manage onshore/offshore resources and external contractors.
- Collaborate with business groups and IT to clean up legacy data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) to provide internal consulting on MDM initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to break down data silos and establish a common business vocabulary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in data governance, quality, and management.
- 5+ years of experience as an SME on MDM implementations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience leading Master Data for a major ERP implementation.
- 8+ years of project management experience working with business and IT resources.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and multidomain MDM (Customer, Vendor, Product).
