What you will do

• Manage and optimize PLM workflows, including Change Orders, Change Requests, and Deviations.
• Govern product data integrity, standardization, and compliance with company policies.
• Configure and maintain product management systems to enable scalable and reliable workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs to provide operational visibility.
• Investigate system errors and process bottlenecks while exploring AI-driven capabilities like anomaly detection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM/PLM with configuration experience.
• Proficiency in workflow configuration, data visualization, and automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
