What you will do

• Document and manage business processes to facilitate training and redesign.
• Conduct thorough analysis of operational requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Create and maintain a requirements database for existing and new business needs.
• Evaluate industry solution providers and deliver Analysis of Alternatives for the PMO.
• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate product capabilities and provide purchase recommendations.
• Review solution configuration changes to ensure accurate documentation of business capabilities.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in business and IT systems analysis.
• Ability to document complex business processes and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying technology gaps and efficiency improvements.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test scripts for product evaluation.
