Salary: $51,900 - $81,500

What you will do

• Lead functional and technical requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and clients.
• Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and determine optimal technical solutions.
• Create detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and documentation for development and QA teams.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes using Axure RP to visualize solution designs.
• Coordinate test processes with engineering and QA teams, including troubleshooting and triage.
• Deliver internal "Train the Trainer" sessions for new feature releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; the company does not sponsor H-1B or other foreign national work authorizations.
• Experience creating comprehensive requirements specifications, designs, and implementation plans.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of business analysis or product design experience.
• Knowledge of EdTech or Case Management systems.
• Experience with JIRA, ASANA, or Monday.com.
• UI/UX experience or certification.
