What you will do

  • Define long-term capability strategies and synchronize technology changes across the expert ecosystem to deliver a unified experience.
  • Analyze complex business problems to implement process automation and strategic business process re-engineering.
  • Develop and lead a partner technology compliance framework in collaboration with internal audit and security teams.
  • Manage technology releases and act as a strategic gatekeeper, pausing rollouts that pose operational risks.
  • Document system connections and identify integration gaps and automation requirements within the platform.
  • Translate strategic plans into prioritized technical initiatives and drive their execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
  • Expertise in enterprise systems, integrations, VDI/CloudPC, SSO (PingID), and Contact Center technologies (Amazon Connect).
  • Strong proficiency in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to translate complex technical analysis into actionable insights for senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, technical, or science; MIS or Master’s in Computer Science preferred.
  • Must be based in San Diego or Mountain View, California.
