What you will do

• Drive the implementation of integrated products and connectors as individual or collaborative projects.
• Guide customers on architecture, business and technical requirements, API calls, and configuration.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize business needs and resolve implementation issues.
• Document project progress and deviations using standard company procedures.
• Provide mentorship to colleagues and educate stakeholders on standardization and compliance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a direct customer-facing role.
• Background in software development, infrastructure, or IT support.
• Experience with integration platforms and products.
• Knowledge of JSON, SOAP, REST, .NET, XML, SQL, and Java.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as MCP, ARD, ARA, and A2A.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
