What you will do

• Design and deploy technical solutions for providers, payers, and state agencies in customer environments.
• Ensure seamless data exchange across the homecare ecosystem to drive clinical and financial outcomes.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed technical specifications and user documentation.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience with complex customer implementations and system integration.
• Must be based in the US within EST or CST time zones.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and project management acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Healthcare interoperability standards (X12, HL7, APIs).
• Experience working with State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, and Homecare Providers.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing support systems.
• Knowledge of SaaS environments, web services, and integration tools.
