What you will do

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Design, implement, and test system updates for clinical workflows.
• Manage user security settings and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate project tasks, including scope definition, scheduling, and risk management.
• Deliver end-user training and develop educational content for system proficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with clinical data management and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping and workflow diagrams.
• Ability to travel to various WVUHS facilities for implementation and support.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Operational experience in clinical or payer application systems.
• Knowledge of Cloud-based healthcare applications and web services.
• Experience with reporting tools and data analytics for decision-making.
