What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for functional and technical support across the research technology portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to configure research applications and align workflows with compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data integrity, and workflow issues through root cause analysis.
• Provide data services support, including collection, validation, quality assurance, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and data extracts for institutional reporting.
• Design and deliver user training, workshops, and documentation to enhance system adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, public health, or related field.
• 4 years of professional experience in IT support, application administration, or clinical research data management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professional customer service.
• Methodical approach to troubleshooting and identifying root causes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and user training.
• Ability to work effectively within an IT team and interface with diverse academic and clinical stakeholders.
