What you will do

• Plan, design, build, and support Epic Clindoc software configurations.
• Analyze and document system requirements and clinical workflows.
• Perform routine maintenance and implement new system functionality.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users to resolve system issues.
• Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials for application implementations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pennsylvania, USA
• 3 years of systems administration experience within Epic modules.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry with Epic Clindoc.
• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Healthcare.
