What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by developing and managing accounts in the Western U.S. and Western Canada.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct on-site customer visits, product demos, and business reviews to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Represent the company at regional and national industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the automotive parts industry.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a territory-based sales role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) across the Western U.S. and Western Canada.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote, autonomous environment.
