What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, loan balances, and payment trends to manage portfolio risk.
• Develop risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel (greater than 75% with overnight travel).
• 2+ years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections.
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of financial tools and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
