TL;DR

Dealer Relationship Manager (Fintech): Managing and supporting non-GM franchise dealer relationships to drive contract volume and promote financial products with an accent on B2B sales, dealer education, and data-driven problem solving. Focus on conducting frequent field visits, analyzing dealer performance metrics, and achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Jackson/Biloxi, MS area) with 90%+ travel required for dealership visits.

What you will do

  • Market and support financial products to assigned non-GM franchise dealers.
  • Conduct daily field visits to dealerships for sales presentations, training, and relationship building.
  • Analyze dealer-specific data using Salesforce and Power BI to identify growth opportunities.
  • Educate dealers on program usage and overcome objections to maximize contract volume.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure dealer needs and profitability models are met.
  • Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with manufacturer partners.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Jackson/Biloxi, MS.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or related account management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule.
  • Understanding of consumer lending policies and dealership operations.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI tools and data protection ethics.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in credit underwriting or ancillary product sales.
  • Working knowledge of the indirect auto finance industry.
