What you will do
- Direct a high-performing account management team focused on client retention and revenue expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic account management frameworks, KPIs, and playbooks for different client segments.
- Create scalable processes to identify and execute upsell opportunities while maintaining exceptional client experiences.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end client journeys.
- Implement data-driven health tracking and proactive intervention strategies to predict and prevent churn.
- Oversee quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients to demonstrate ROI and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams in account management, customer success, or sales.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and satisfaction within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams during periods of rapid growth.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and processes that deliver measurable results.
- Experience implementing tools and systems to track customer health and team performance.
- Strong data-driven approach to decision-making and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Nice to have

- Track record of scaling a customer success function from startup to growth stage.
