Location: Must be based in Providence, Rhode Island. This is a territory-based role requiring daily local travel.

What you will do

  • Sell lease-to-own products to small-to-midsize retail partners to drive market share.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and identify new retail partners within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate performance metrics and integration value.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners through training and onboarding.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements with new and existing retail partners.
  • Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to meet partner needs and resolve compliance cases.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the Providence, Rhode Island area.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, or account management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record and have access to a personal vehicle for local travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
