What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic automotive accounts, deepening trust and driving expansion.
- Build deep, lasting relationships with key stakeholders from operational teams to executive sponsors.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts using a Land and Expand strategy.
- Lead business reviews, presentations, and demonstrations that reinforce long-term partnership value.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure account needs are reflected in the roadmap.
- Maintain transparency of the account pipeline and update CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS account management within B2B tech environments.
- Native or fluent German and excellent English.
- Proven track record of growing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management.
- Experience in the automotive industry (strongly preferred) or manufacturing, aerospace, or logistics.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office on a hybrid basis.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Experience working in the climate tech industry.
- Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business.
