What you will do

  • Own expansion ARR growth across the customer portfolio through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead commercial conversations from initial opportunity through negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate customer success into commercial growth.
  • Analyze customer usage and CRM insights to uncover new buying signals.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and structured engagement plans for customer expansion.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to share customer insights and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Commercial Account Management or Customer Success B2B SaaS roles.
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts through upsell or cross-sell.
  • Native German speaker with professional English proficiency.
  • Strong consultative communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence using AI technology to improve productivity.

Nice to have

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Background in HR Tech, FinTech, Expense Management, or ERP software.
  • Experience working closely with Customer Success teams.
