What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership of partner cities and agencies across the DACH region.
• Drive revenue growth by securing contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities through senior stakeholder negotiations.
• Advise partners on leveraging the full platform, including on-demand and paratransit services, to improve transit offerings.
• Analyze complex performance datasets to derive strategic decisions and improve service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to champion new product capabilities based on partner feedback and needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles, such as consulting, customer success, or high-growth tech companies.
• Fluency in German (C2/Native) and English is required.
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to influence strategic decisions using complex data sets.
• Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships in politically sensitive environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office in a hybrid capacity.
