What you will do

  • Own client relationships for a portfolio of large corporate accounts in Germany throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Drive commercial growth by leading end-to-end contract negotiations for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Develop client-specific growth strategies and implement awareness events to increase platform take-up.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and create tailored communication strategies to reduce inactivity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver on company and client goals.
  • Lead client meetings and communications both virtually and in person with HR and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a client-facing position.
  • Proven expertise in leading contract negotiations for renewals and revenue expansion.
  • Ability to analyze complex reports and leverage data to drive business results.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-profile projects and clients concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and superior customer service skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (Hybrid).
