Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
• English: Professional communication skills required for international business calls.
• Availability: Ability to work Mon-Sat within the 9 am - 8 pm EST window.
• Technical setup: Reliable internet, quiet workspace, computer with webcam, and a wired headset.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.
