What you will do
- Manage and support assigned GM franchise dealer relationships to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
- Consult with dealership personnel to drive the adoption of products, including loans, leases, and commercial lending.
- Analyze dealer-specific data to identify opportunities for growth and resolve performance issues.
- Act as a liaison between dealers and internal functional areas like Credit, Funding, and Commercial Lending.
- Promote all programs, systems, and incentives to ensure dealer engagement.
- Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support daily workflows and data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or extensive relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, lending, or sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
