What you will do

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine specifications and provide market data.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including ATS reviews, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
• Engage and coach candidates, providing timely updates and preparing them for interviews.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting activities and consultative recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• German language proficiency is required.
• Must be located in Budapest, Hungary.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proven experience recruiting in advanced manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Management is strongly preferred.
