Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR): Managing end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Key Accounts roles within the German, French, and Spanish markets with an accent on high-volume sourcing and candidate experience. Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (office attendance required 2/3 times per week)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes specifically for Sales and Key Accounts.
• Proactively source and screen candidates for hard/soft skills and mission alignment.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to guide the recruitment process and decision-making.
• Create targeted job adverts for social media, job boards, and other channels.
• Maintain an active pipeline of referrals from internal and external sources.
• Analyze recruitment data and share reports with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment processes within Sales.
• Hands-on experience with creative direct sourcing.
• Full professional proficiency in English, German, and either French or Spanish is required.
• Experience recruiting in Germany, France, or Spain.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and working with KPIs.
• Must be able to work from the Madrid office 2/3 times per week.
