TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR/Recruitment): Managing end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Key Accounts roles with an accent on high-volume sourcing and candidate screening. Focus on identifying top talent for German, French, and Spanish markets while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be based in or be able to commute to the London office 2-3 times per week.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales and Key Accounts roles.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates for experience, soft skills, and mission alignment.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to provide guidance and support in decision-making.
  • Create engaging job adverts for social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of internal and external referrals.
  • Generate analytical reports on recruitment KPIs for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, specifically within Sales.
  • Hands-on expertise in direct sourcing and creative candidate search.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German, and either French or Spanish.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 2-3 times per week.
  • Experience recruiting in Germany, France, or Spain is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
