What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and selection across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand and meet cross-functional hiring needs.
• Identify and attract passive talent through direct targeting, networking, and social media.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and recruitment technologies to optimize workflows and administrative tasks.
• Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system and support employer branding initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to advise on talent pools, market routes, and hiring timelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
• Proven track record in full-lifecycle recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.
• Specific experience recruiting within technology and product domains.
• Strong ability to manage diverse talent pipelines across multiple business areas simultaneously.
• Advanced direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment data to inform decisions and report on pipeline health.

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
